CEO

Bec has a wide range of industry experience from retail cosmetic makeup, to professional freelance artist for television, photographyand fashion.

She also specialises in Airbrushing and Special Effects Makeup.

Chris Geracitano

Trainer

Makeup artist, hairstylist & photographer. With 20 years experience in the industry Chris has encompassed  various roles as a Creative Director & photographer between Adelaide and Interstate, thus has lead him to work with various A-list Identities, celebrities, designers , models and more. Chris`s editorial work has been published in many magazines internationally.

Sophie Arnold

Trainer

After studying her Advanced Diploma of Design for Live Production, Theatre and Events Sophie freelanced in the film industry as a special effects makeup artist. She worked on a variety of short films and music videos before moving into a career in retail cosmetics. She has many years of experience in the retail industry where she became the manager of a Napoleon Perdis store before joining the MM family in the Media Makeup Store. She now is one of our fabulous trainers in the Media Makeup Academy where she shares her passion and expertise with students.

Corrie Emery

Training Coordinator

For over 20 years Corrie has been involved in the film and entertainment industries. Starting his career in Theater productions as technical crew and stage manager, he made the move to the film industry in early 2000’s. There his Film and Television credits have included productions such as Star Wars “Revenge of the Sith”, Ghostrider, Farscape and, most recently, Mortal Kombat filmed here in Adelaide at the end of 2019. Corrie is still heavily involved in the local industry and works closely with other artist on various productions as a freelance SFX Makeup Artist, Prosthetics Technician and Prop Builder. In the past 10 years Corrie has added so much value to our Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses and helps students establish industry connections through work experience and networking. He works closely with our students to develop ongoing skills in SFX, prosthetics and mould making. He is always adapting to new trends and strives to help prepare our students to be professional artists that are industry ready.
