Danielle Veltmeyer

An award winning Makeup Artist!

I completed the Advanced Diploma of Design for Live Production, Theatre and Events at Media Makeup in July 2012.

During my studies I was offered great opportunities by the lecturers doing work experience, which built up my confidence as an artist and allowed me to make valuable contacts, which since graduating has helped me a lot, offered me great opportunities. I competed in the International Makeup Artist trade Show (IMATS) prosthetic competition 2012 and was awarded Second Place. That was an amazing experience and I would recommend all upcoming artists to enter! I was also awarded by Media Makeup the ‘Most Professional’ for 2012 and received a 12 month internship at Attitude Magazine.

I have worked on many photo shoots, fashion runways, special effects workshops, TV shows and films plus built my personal hair & makeup business.

Media Makeup gave me the education and confidence to achieve all of this and become the best Hair, Makeup & Special Effects Artist I can possibly be.
